Login to the Grand Lodge/Grand Chapter dashboard

Navigate to the Operations dashboard

Click on "Dispensation Requests"

Click on "Withdrawn Requests"
5
Click on the request you want to reopen
6
Click on "Re-open Request"

Enter a comment, i.e. reasons to reopen the request
