Remove Outdated Candidates, EAs, and FCs

Access the Member’s Profile

  • From the Lodge Dashboard, select the member’s name.

Change Member Status

  • Click Change Status at the top right-hand side of the page, under the Lodge name.

Select Withdrawal Status

  • Choose Withdrawn/Failed to Advance from the status options.
  • Enter the appropriate date and add any necessary comments.

Update Member Status

  • Click Change Member Status at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
  • This will update the member’s status to Inactive Non-MM.

Find Records Under Inactive & Deceased

  • If the member wishes to continue later, you can locate their record under the Inactive & Deceased menu option.
  • From there, change their status to Petition for Advancement.
